General FAQs

This really depends on how you post your vacancies to our job board.

For those who use an ATS, you will only be able to manage your vacancies via the ATS that you use to manage your vacancies from normally, the extent of that will depend on the kind of integration that your ATS provides.

If you use our in-built ATS then you will be able to edit, update and check on the responses for your vacancies from our job dashboard, in full.

Yes, you can!

If you are posting from our in-built ATS system, you can edit your vacancy right from the job dashboard, with the ability to change pretty much everything about the job. Of course, if you already have responses, you should be careful about how much you change.

We also allow the ATS’ that integrate with us to offer to ability to edit vacancies that have already been posted, however, not all providers may integrate like this.

If you are using an ATS system then you should contact your provider for more information.

If you are using our in-built ATS then you will be able to remove individual vacancies by clicking the ‘delete’ button on the individual vacancy. This will also remove all the data for the candidates that have applied for your vacancy, so be careful about doing this.

It might be better to expire vacancies instead.

Much like editing vacancies, we also allow ATS providers to delete vacancies, however, not all providers will use this functionality.

You should contact your provider for more information on this, if they are not looking to integrate in this way, you can contact us at [email protected] for more details about removing a vacancy.

if you are using an ATS then you will need to manage your responses via the application method that the ATS that you are using provides, however, if you use the in-built ATS then you will be able to view responses right from our job dashboard page, just click on the ‘Responses’ button next to your vacancies.

Careers Pages FAQs

We set up careers pages for our clients on implementation, during that process, we will look to set up a careers page that fully explains the advantage of working at the school in question and features the best media add-ons that the school can provide us with.

If you are already using UK School Jobs but don’t already have a careers page on site, you can get in touch with us to get started today.

To do so, send your account manager an email or feel free to shoot us an email at [email protected]

Unfortunately, we don’t have a front-end editor for careers pages just yet, we are looking to add this in the future in order to allow schools to edit the content of their pages themselves.

Until then, you will need to contact your account manager in order to change an element of your careers page.

Yes! As long as you are subscribed to the service you can have a careers page as part of that subscription, no extra fee.

Job Alerts FAQs

At the moment, we are only offering job alerts facilities for any company who registers through our ATS provider, Vacancy Filler.

We are looking to add our own job alerts functionality soon, but until then, all management of job alerts will need to be done via the Vacancy Filler service.
