We are looking for a SEND Support Practitioner (AP) who will support the development, coordination and delivery of activities to children and young adults.

Maintain other relevant Management Information Systems as required in order to ensure effective information management and assist monitoring and evaluation of service delivery, and identify and prevent potential harm to children and young adults, and others by following local and LA safeguarding guidelines, including referral to and engagement with the DSL at The Avenue Centre and the relevant school.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience supporting children who have behaviour difficulties.  In this role you will be required to support students on a one to one basis in class as well as with groups of learners. You will be focussed on providing learning support, ensuring that you are providing the best experience and care possible for the students.
